Iniesta: Sometimes when you’ve lost everything, you become more lethal and dangerous

After the 4–0 defeat the Catalan club got from the first leg of the Champions League knockout stage, almost all hope of coming back have being lost by fans of FC Barcelona. In a brief interview with beIN Sports, Andre Iniesta revealed he still believe his side can overturn the huge loss even though they’ve lost practically everything in the competition.

We have to believe we can overturn the score and then it may happen. We need more than the normal game we play, we need to be perfect and efficient in all angles while giving the ball away should not be seen. The big part of this meeting is us losing to PSG in the first leg. When you’ve lost everything, sometimes you become more lethal and dangerous. We can only try to take advantage of the moment and our situation”, said the captain.

Iniesta only played 23 minutes in the last game against Celta Vigo but he’ll start in today’s game given that Luis Enrique stated that the captain is very fit and ready to play. His presence and dominance in the game will be more needed than ever.
