Three Barcelona players in UEFA’s Best XI for 2016

With vot­ing from fans from all over the world, Europe’s foot­ball gov­ern­ing body UEFA have come out with their best XI (eleven). The vot­ing took place on the offi­cial web­site of UEFA and three Barcelona play­ers couldn’t be left out of it.

With Barcelona’s Lionel Mes­si, Andre Ini­es­ta and Ger­ard Pique in the UEFA Best XI. While Kross, Ronal­do, Ser­gio Ramos and Mod­ric from Real Madrid all made the UEFA XI. Antoine Griez­mann the only man from Atleti­co Madrid.

Aside Span­ish League play­ers, two Juven­tus play­ers Buf­fon and Bonuc­ci and Bay­ern Munich’s Boateng was also vot­ed to be in the UEFA Best XI.

Play­ers with the high­est votes are Ser­gio Ramos (488908), Cris­tiano Ronal­do (450220) and Lionel Mes­si (418449).
